Mark Murray is a pivot specialist dedicated to helping individuals, teams, and organizations navigate the transitions inherent in business and life. “The only constant is change,” and Mark is an expert in empowering businesses and individuals to shift with resilience and strength. He is a certified Coach through the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, where he continues his education and development.
Mark joined The Beauchamp Team to advance our strategic growth initiatives and realize the vision to empower people, businesses, and community organizations to reach their goals on Long Island and beyond. Mark is also entrusted with the role of coaching Beauchamp Team founder, Joseph A. Beauchamp.
His professional foundation was shaped by strong academic and service-oriented roots. Mark earned a B.S. in Management and Labor Relations from Niagara University, where community contribution was part of the curriculum. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Touro Law in 1989, entering practice with a deep commitment to public service. His pro-bono legal work earned recognition from the Suffolk County Bar Association and reflects his lifelong dedication to serving others.
Beyond the courtroom and classroom, Mark has played a pivotal role in launching and guiding nonprofit and mission-driven organizations, including The Rollstone Foundation, The Long Island Conservancy, and Natasha’s Justice Project. With decades of mentoring and strategic support under his belt, Mark helps organizations build capacity, define direction, and thrive.
Throughout his life, Mark has navigated and overcome challenges with resilience and purpose; experiences that fuel his passion for equipping others with the mindset, habits, and tools to become their best selves. He now brings that passion to every coaching session, training workshop, and leadership initiative he leads.
