Adam Holbrook is a husband, father, and leadership coach dedicated to helping people grow in character, communication, and confidence—both personally and professionally. He is married to his wife, Karen, and together they have two children who are the heart of his world. When he’s not speaking or coaching, Adam enjoys beach days with his family, surfing with his son, golfing, exercising, and making memories with the people he loves most.
Professionally, Adam is a John Maxwell-Certified Leadership Trainer, Conflict Resolution Specialist, Social-Emotional Master, speaker, and coach who helps leaders, teams, and educators strengthen communication, improve morale, and transform culture from the inside out.
He is the author of Character Evolution, a deeply personal and practical guide to managing difficult people, navigating conflict, and overcoming self-sabotage. Drawing from his own journey through mental health struggles—including the moment he nearly took his own life—Adam reveals how self-awareness, empathy, and emotional intelligence can turn conflict into connection and challenges into growth.
His second book, How to Give the Best Speech Ever, shares 60 actionable tips to help professionals and educators communicate with confidence, purpose, and authentic connection.
A serial entrepreneur, Adam is currently leading his third successful business after founding, developing, and selling two others—one for seven figures in 2020. With firsthand experience in leadership, growth, and people management, he partners with organizations and schools to build cultures rooted in trust, accountability, and emotional intelligence.
Adam also serves as President of Sunset Toastmasters and is a men’s bodybuilding champion. His mission is simple yet profound: to help people evolve in character, lead with authenticity, and create environments—whether in the workplace, the classroom, or at home—where everyone can thrive.
